BOOKING POLICY

MINIMUM SPENDS

  • Minimum spends apply on weekends and after 10pm and differ by the area you are sitting in

  • Minimum spends are taken on arrival for bookings made 10 pm and after.

  • Earlier bookings staying later than 10 pm must meet the minimum spend in their total bill.

  • Minimum spends are used to purchase drinks or shisha when at your table.

HIGH TABLES

Minimum Spend for High Tables after 10pm on weekends:

May and September

  • Friday and Saturday: €30 per person

June, July, and August

  • Thursday and Sunday: €40 per person

  • Friday and Saturday: €50 per person

CENTRE SOFA LOUNGE

Minimum Spend for Centre Sofa Lounge after 10 pm on weekends:

May and September

  • Friday and Saturday: €40 per person

June, July, and August

  • Thursday and Sunday: €50 per person

  • Friday and Saturday: €60 per person

VIP

We operate with Bottle Service only in VIP on Friday and Saturday nights in July and August.

Minimum Spend for VIP after 10 pm on weekends:

April, May and September

  • Friday and Saturday: €50 per person

June, July, and August

  • Thursday and Sunday: €60 per person

  • Friday and Saturday: €80 per person

GROUPS MINIMUM SPEND

  • GROUP BOOKING CONDITIONS

    FOR GROUPS OF 11 - 20 PEOPLE

    • We ask for a deposit of €250 to secure your area which is taken off your bill at the end of the night or your minimum spend. The deposit is refundable if cancelled over a week in advance.

    • Minimum spends are taken 48 hours in advance if the minimum spend is applicable.

    FOR LARGER GROUPS AND PRIVATE BOOKINGS

    • We will ask for a deposit depending on your group size to secure your area which is taken off your bill at the end of the night or your minimum spend.

    • Private hires have a hire fee which depends on the month and day

    • The group deposit is non-refundable

    • Minimum spends are taken 48 hours in advance

General booking policy

To avoid unwanted cancellations which can cause inconveniences to BOP as a business and more importantly other customers.

FOR BOOKINGS OF 10 PEOPLE OR LESS:

  • After 9 pm, for groups of 4 plus, we ask for a hold on your card of €20 per person which is ONLY taken if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

  • Minimum spends are taken on arrival if the minimum spend is applicable.

  • We operate with Bottle Service only in VIP on Friday and Saturday nights in July and August.

FOR GROUPS OF 11 - 20 PEOPLE

  • We ask for a deposit of €250 to secure your area which is taken off your bill at the end of the night or your minimum spend.

  • The group deposit is refundable if you cancel your booking over a week in advance.

  • Minimum spends are taken 48 hours in advance if the minimum spend is applicable.

  • We operate with Bottle Service only in VIP on Friday and Saturday nights in July and August.

FOR LARGER GROUPS AND PRIVATE BOOKINGS

  • We will ask for a deposit depending on your group size to secure your area which is taken off your bill at the end of the night or your minimum spend.

  • Private hires have a hire fee which depends on the month and day

  • The group deposit is non-refundable

  • Minimum spends are taken 48 hours in advance

SUNSET SESSIONS / HAPPY HOUR

  • 2 for 1 must be on the same item and must be given at the same time.

  • Cannot be used for groups of more than 6 pax

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, large groups or private parties.

SINGULAR AND MEGA SPORT OFFER

  • Offer can only be used once in a night

  • If there is a minimum spend for that night, the minimum spend applies

  • If there is a deposit needed to secure your area for your group then the deposit applies

  • If you do not like champagne you can choose either house wine, caña or cava instead

  • Any other offers do not apply

  • Must quote MEGA or SINGULAR when booking

HEN AND STAG DOS

We appreciate that a hen and stag do is a super fun and crazy night, however, we ask you to please respect other guests and the BOP Team.

We also do not allow the below objects:

  • Inflatables

  • Beachwear

  • Intimate objects (E.g. penis straws)

  • Any offensive object or clothing

  • We operate with Bottle Service only in VIP on Friday and Saturday nights in July and August.

    BAD WEATHER

    As we are an outside venue, in result of bad weather and we have to close, we will try and reschedule you to a different day.
